Bhupendra Singh, born on 10 December 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Chemistry and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and Chairman. His most recent position was Special Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Department of Home Affairs from March to December 2019. Singh's extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles across government departments until his retirement.
