Bhupendra Singh, born on December 10, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Chemistry and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Over his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and Chairperson. His most recent position was Special Secretary and Financial Adviser in the Department of Home Affairs from March 12, 2019, to December 31, 2019. Singh’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles across government departments.
