Bhupati Prasad Pandey, born on 19 July 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Political Science and Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, Director, Deputy Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, OSD to Minister, Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary at Mumbai, Maharashtra, in the Revenue and Forest Department. Mr. Pandey’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Maharashtra government.
