Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao, born on 19 February 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Yadgir District, Karnataka, a position he has held since 8 July 2025. Prior to this, he has held the roles of Assistant Secretary and Director. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
