Bhoskar Vilas Sandeepan, born on January 6, 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Chhattisgarh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Pune. Currently, he is the Additional Chief Electoral Officer at Chhattisgarh, a position he has held since December 16, 2025. Previously, he has served as a Collector. He is proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Mr. Bhoskar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
