Bhorkhade Hemant Sahadeorao, born on 15 April 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Pune University. Currently, he is the Zonal Commissioner at Serilingampally, Telangana, within the GHMC-Municipal Administration and Urban Development department, a position he has held since 26 December 2025. Prior to this, he also served as a Zonal Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
