Bhoobalan T, born on 24 November 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 Karnataka cadre. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Centre for E-Governance, Department of e-Governance, Karnataka, since 8 July 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai, a Master's Degree in Taxation and Business Laws from NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad, and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Smart City, Municipal Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner. He has received awards for Best Performance as Returning Officer and Best CEO.
