Bhawani Singh Meena, born on April 15, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities, including Secretary at Maharashtra, Special Secretary & Financial Advisor, Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and District Magistrate. He also held roles such as Director General, Investment & Protocol Officer, Special Commissioner, Expert, and General Manager. His service extended to the Heavy Industries department, culminating in his position as Secretary before retirement.
