Bhawani Singh Khangarot, born on April 2, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently, he is the Secretary at Uttar Pradesh's Finance Department, a position he has held since January 2, 2026. His previous roles include Managing Director and Junior Scale positions. Proficient in English and Hindi, Bhawani Singh Khangarot continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
