Bhawani Singh Detha, born on 21 April 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1999 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. degree and is currently serving as the Principal Secretary at Rajasthan's Transport Department since 19 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Mission Director, and Managing Director.
