Bhavya Mittal, born on 29 May 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Collector at Khargone, a position she assumed on 30 January 2025. Her previous roles include Additional Collector and Section Officer. Bhavya is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
