Bhavesh Mishra, born on May 1, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and has served in various capacities within the government. His past roles include Deputy Secretary and Deputy Secretary to Government. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Industries and Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) department, a position he has held since February 26, 2026. Bhavesh Mishra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
