Bhavesh Mishra, born on May 1, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Industries and Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) department since February 26, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Secretary and Deputy Secretary to Government. Bhavesh Mishra continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Telangana through his service in the ITE&C department.
