Bhasme Vivek Dattatraya, born on January 4, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medical Sciences from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. Currently, he is the CEO of the Haldia Development Authority, West Bengal, a position he has held since March 8, 2026. His previous roles include Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, and Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
