Bhasme Vivek Dattatraya, born on January 4, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medical Sciences from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. Currently, he serves as the CEO of the Haldia Development Authority, West Bengal, a position he has held since March 8, 2026. Prior to this role, he was appointed as Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
