Bhaskar Lakshakar, born on August 1, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Technology of MP and a PG Diploma in Forestry Management from IIF. Currently, he serves as Commissioner-cum-Director at Bhopal in the Treasury and Accounts Department since January 1, 2025. His previous roles include Collector, Chief Executive Officer, OSD-Cum-Commissioner-Cum-Director, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Assistant Collector, and MD. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
