Bhaskar Katamneni, born on June 6, 1976, is a 2004 batch IAS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. from Warangal, A.P., and an M.A. and M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary to Government in the ITE and C Department since January 22, 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Private Secretary, Project Director, Joint Executive Officer, Zonal Commissioner, Additional Project Director, Joint Collector, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
