He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer at Dinhata, Cooch Behar, West Bengal, a position he has held since November 27, 2025. His previous roles include Joint Secretary and Sub Divisional Officer. Bharat Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of West Bengal.
