Bhanwar Singh Meena, born on 15 June 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently serving under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Meena has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Kalaburagi District from 19 June 2023 to 27 September 2019. His past roles include Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
