Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Electoral Officer, Election Officer Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary, Deputy Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Joint Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Coordinator, Executive Director, Joint Commissioner, Additional Registrar, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Collector, and Sub Collector. His most recent position was Chief Electoral Officer in the Election Department from April 2015 to October 2017.
