Bhanu Prabha, born on 22 July 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds a PG Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and an M.A. in Public Management from JNU Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Administrative Secretary at Ladakh since 2 March 2026. Her departmental responsibilities include Higher Education, Technical Education and Skill Development, School Education, Cooperatives, and Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. Bhanu Prabha has previously held positions as Administrative Secretary and Secretary. She continues to serve in the IAS.
