Bhanu Prabha, born on 22 July 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a PG Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and an M.A. in Public Management from JNU Delhi. Currently, she is the Administrative Secretary at Ladakh, a position she has held since 2 March 2026. Her departmental responsibilities include Higher Education, Technical Education and Skill Development, School Education, Cooperatives, and Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction. She has previously served as Administrative Secretary and Secretary in various capacities.
