Bhandari Swagat Ranveerchand, born on 30 May 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Kerala cadre. She holds a B.E. from Mumbai University, a postgraduate degree from IGNOU Delhi, and an M.B.A. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Deputy Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, District Collector, Managing Director, and Officer On Special Duty. As of 29 July 2024, she is the Officer On Special Duty at Kerala, currently assigned to the Department of IIT Kanpur. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
