Bhakti Ganguly, born on September 1, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Joint Secretary, and Member Secretary. Her most recent position was Special Secretary in the Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department from January 1, 2010, to January 31, 2011. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administrative framework of her cadre until her retirement.
