Bhagyesh VasuDevelopment Jha, born on 18 February 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Gujarat cadre. He holds an LL.B. in Taxation and a Graduate degree in Sanskrit. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Vice Chairman, Commissioner, District Collector, District Development Officer, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Secretary in the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 30 December 2009 to 28 February 2015.
