Currently, she serves as the Collector at Dhule, Maharashtra, a position she has held since 27 July 2025. Her previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Supernumerary Assistant Collector, Assistant Collector, and Chief Administrator of New Town. Bhagyashree continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Maharashtra.
