Bhagyashree Bhimraoji Banayat, born on 18 March 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, assigned to the Nagaland cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and B.Ed. from Amravati University. Throughout her career, she has served as Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, and Commissioner & Secretary. Since 16 May 2025, she has been serving as the Chief Electoral Officer of Nagaland. Bhagyashree is proficient in English and Marathi. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Nagaland.
