Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, born on 26 October 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. Currently, he serves as Director in the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education since 28 May 2025. His past roles include Managing Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Additional Commercial Tax Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, and Sub Divisional Officer. He has received multiple awards, including National PMAY Awards and recognition for electoral practices and performance during Poshan Maah. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
