Bhagwan Chandra Das, born on January 17, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Odisha cadre. He served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, OSD to Minister, Director, Labour Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the General Administration Department from January 1, 2002, to January 31, 2003. A graduate by education, Das contributed to the administrative framework of Odisha during his tenure.
