Bhagelu Ram Shastri, born on December 1, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including Special Secretary, Director, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary, a role he assumed on January 1, 2019. Mr. Shastri served with distinction in various administrative capacities until his retirement.
