Bhabagrahi Mishra, born on April 16, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Odisha cadre. During his career, he served as District Collector and Magistrate from May 12, 2000, to April 30, 2014. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. His tenure in the IAS was marked by his service in various administrative roles within the Odisha cadre.
