Baseer Ul Haq Chaudhary, born on 10 April 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has served in various capacities including Mission Director and Deputy Commissioner. Currently, he is the Administrative Secretary at Ladakh, overseeing departments such as Public Works (Roads and Buildings), Hospitality and Protocol, Estates, and Information and Public Relations since 2 March 2026. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of the Ladakh region.
