Barhan Ram, born on 25 July 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Junior Scale from 1 December 1994 to 31 July 1998. A graduate by education, Barhan Ram dedicated his career to public service within the IAS framework.
