Banwari Lal Arya, born on 19 April 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Member, Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Registrar, Chairman & Managing Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Secretary in the Forest Department at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from 1 January 2009 to 30 April 2011.
