Balwinder Singh, born on June 20, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Punjab cadre. During his career, he held key positions including Deputy Commissioner and Director. His most recent appointment was as Director from April 24, 2013, to June 30, 2014. Throughout his service, he contributed to the administrative framework of Punjab before retiring from the IAS.
