Balwan Singh Jaglan, born on September 12, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He is currently serving as the Additional Commissioner in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi since February 16, 2026. Prior to this role, he held the position of Executive Director. Mr. Jaglan continues to contribute to public administration through his service in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
