Balpreet Singh, born on November 7, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine and Surgery from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. Currently, he is the Chief Executive of the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, a position he has held since May 15, 2025. Proficient in Hindi, Balpreet Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
