Balkishan Meena, born on 10 August 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Com. and M.Com. in Accountancy and is a graduate in Commerce. Throughout his career, Meena served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Chairman, Project Director, Member, Director, OSD to Minister, Deputy Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, commencing on 18 February 2013. He has also experienced a period of suspension during his service.
