Baldev Sinha, born on January 20, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Political Science, along with a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Finance Department from June 1, 1995, to January 31, 1997.
