Baldev Harpal Singh, born on 30 July 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Marketing and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, Singh served in various capacities including Development Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Secretary, Director, Additional Municipal Commissioner, Commissioner, District Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Chief Electoral Officer-Cum-Principal Secretary at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Singh’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles within the state government.
