Baldeep Kaur, born on April 4, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Punjab cadre. She holds an M.Sc. in Zoology. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Punjab, a position she has held since March 3, 2025. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including Director, Additional Secretary, and Special Secretary. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Punjab.
