Balbir Singh Sudan, born on 12 November 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Punjab cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Arts and a postgraduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Transport Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Department of Survey Settlement and Land Records from 16 March 2012 to 30 November 2013.
