Balasubramanian T, born on 11 February 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, West Bengal cadre. A graduate in Electronics from the University of Madras, he has served in various capacities including Sub Divisional Officer, Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Secretary, Special Secretary, Executive Magistrate, and District Magistrate. Currently, he holds the position of District Magistrate at Alipurduar since 19 March 2026. Proficient in English, Tamil, and Bengali, Balasubramanian continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
