Balaram Dikshit, born on 10 April 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Gujarat cadre. He served in the Land Revenue department and held the position of Additional Collector at Gujarat from 1 August 1988 to 1 July 1990. Mr. Dikshit holds a graduate degree in Geology and a postgraduate degree in Geology.
