Bal Mukund Jha, born on December 31, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, Jharkhand cadre. During his service, he held the position of Registrar and served as Special Secretary in the Water Resources Department from January 1, 2016, to February 23, 2016. His career in the IAS encompassed various administrative roles within the Jharkhand cadre.
