Baidya Nath Mishra, born on April 14, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and District Magistrate. His most recent position was Managing Director of the Bihar State Text Book Corporation in Patna, Bihar, from March 3, 2006, to April 30, 2007. Throughout his career, Mishra contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar before retiring from service.
