Baidur Bakhat Siddiqui, born on April 16, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the Labour Department. His most recent position was Special Secretary from December 31, 2009, to April 30, 2010. Prior to this, he held roles including Joint Secretary and Additional Magistrate. Throughout his career, Siddiqui contributed to administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
