Babu Lal Meena, born on April 11, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Collector & District Magistrate, Joint Secretary to Government, Director, and Commissioner. His most recent role was Special Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department at Jaipur, Rajasthan, serving from January 11, 2019, to April 11, 2022.
