Babu Lal Jaiman, born on January 1, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Rajasthan cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Registrar, Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Additional Director.
