Baboo Ram Yadav, born on January 1, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Director, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Project Administrator, District Collector and Magistrate, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Social Welfare Department from July 1, 2000, to December 31, 1999. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
