B Vikram, born on November 3, 1967, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Punjab cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Private Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Director, Managing Director, and Administrator. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Power Department from May 1, 2003, to November 4, 2003.
