B Venkatramaiah, born on 15 July 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Executive Officer, and Vice Chairperson. His most recent position was Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, a role he held from 1 July 1995 to 31 July 1997.
