B V R C. Purushottam, born on July 1, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Currently, he is the Chief Electoral Officer at Uttarakhand. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu, Purushottam continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
