B S Thirumeni, born on 30 May 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Kerala cadre. During his career, he served as District Collector starting 31 August 2017 and held the position of Deputy Secretary. He was also associated with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations.
